We deliver in United Kingdom to your home address (billing address) or to a different delivery address (e.g. your place of work, hotel address, address of acquaintances, friends).

We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Some items come direct from suppliers. If so, we’ll tell you a estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout.
Next day delivery isn’t available on certain items during sales or promotions. Check the items delivery info at point of purchase.

Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £ 4.49 for orders up to a value of £ 149.99 Orders with a value of £ 150.00 or more will be delivered free of charge. Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. All order values and delivery charges include VAT.

Logistics partner

Delivery is carried out by DHL, FedEx or UPS. From a weight of 31 kg we will automatically commission a shipping company. A forwarding delivery is processed via other delivery partners.

Processing time

Delivery dates are shown on each individual product page and at checkout. We aim for next working day delivery on orders placed before 13:00 that are stocked in our main distribution centre, provided that payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 13:00 will aim to be delivered within two/three working days. We do not processing any delivery on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends, among other things, on which payment method you have chosen. In general, however, we will deliver your order within 3 – 6 working days after confirmation of payment. Deliveries by freight forwarding can take up to 14 days.

Delivery to some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highland areas and Channel Islands) may be longer. Some items are now undeliverable to Northern Ireland due to Brexit. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery address

Orders placed online, using a secure payment authentication can be delivered to any address in the mainland UK.

If you phone to pay by card, the delivery address needs to be to your billing address, this is the address assigned to your credit card used for payment, ( This is part of the terms of your card provider and is designed to protect your card security).

Subsequent orders can then be delivered to an address of your choice.

Please check your delivery as soon as you can.

Please note that if you have any discrepancies or damages with your goods once delivered you must notify the dispatch depot on your delivery note within 72 hours.

If you have just had a delivery and something is wrong please call the dispatch depot contact number on the delivery note straight away. Do not leave it to when the plumber turns up. If something looks like the wrong size or it is not what you expected please give us a call, don’t open the sealed packaging.

Returns and incorrect products are far easier to deal with when they are fresh in everyone’s minds. We will always work with you to find the best solution and because we use our own transport we can rectify mistakes quickly and efficiently without you having to possibly take another day off, you never know the driver may even be coming back past your door.

Delivery definition

Delivery location is defined as the front door, ground floor or into an attached garage. Due to the weight of many items we deliver, we’re unable to carry items upstairs for you. Whilst our drivers will do all they can to help, they’ll need assistance for difficult deliveries, i.e. 5th floor flat with no lift.

If you know of any delivery obstacles, please notify us when we book in your delivery with you.

How are deliveries made by a forwarding agent?

If you order a product that we deliver by a forwarding agent, we will ask you for a telephone number during the order process so that the forwarding agent can reach you for a delivery date.

Most of our deliveries are dispatched via a contracted carrier who will require a valid signature from a person, aged 16 years or older, as proof of delivery. If there is nobody present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by the delivery person advising if a further attempt is to be made, or giving contact details of the carrier’s local depot in order for you to make alternative arrangements. In residential delivery areas, this may be a Post Office.

What if you couldn’t accept a delivery?

We will try three times to deliver the goods to you. After the first attempt, our logistics partner will leave a message for you. You can then use the contact information provided to arrange a new delivery date.

Do I get a shipment tracking?

If your goods are sent as a package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please also check the spam folder if necessary.
